Prior to Class
Please plan to arrive early, our studio can fill up quickly. We want to make sure everyone has a comfortable experience, and we may need to adjust the room setup before class starts.
We’d hate for you to miss out due to limited space.
Studio Etiquette
Please note: Even if you’ve signed up for class through MINDBODY, you must still check in at the front desk upon arrival.
Why this matters:
We strive to keep our studio a calm, welcoming space where you can unwind, disconnect from daily stress, and settle into a meditative mindset. Please help us maintain this atmosphere by respecting the space and leaving personal items (we have designated areas) outside the yoga room. Before class:
-
Use the lobby for conversations or last-minute texts, not the yoga room.
-
Be prepared for class to begin on time, as we may need to make final adjustments to accommodate everyone.
In the yoga room:
-
No conversations
-
No phones
-
No shoes
Class preparation:
-
Reserve your spot through MINDBODY (link below) or call 561-266-2075
-
Doors open 20 minutes before class
-
Be settled on your mat at least 3 minutes before class begins (arriving at start time is considered late)
If you need to change, use the restroom, or make a payment, please plan accordingly. Once class has started, we cannot move others to make space.

So many Yogis fall in to one camp or the other. Seeing who prefers which became some what of an art as a studio owner being asked "which should I do?"
If you want the most variety take both classes with different teachers.
Each offers something unique. Yet I know time does not always permit that, so I will give you a guideline if you want to choose one over the other:
If your Yoga class is an "exercise" class, our Power/Vinyasa classes are for you. There is a variety of postures, the ordering and pacing of which will have variety each time.
Those wanting to focus on foundational postures, and want familiarity [same order, same postures, same pacing], the 26 & 2 is for you.
I'm also asked "which one is more challenging?"
My "it depends" answer is based on this criteria:
Do you give every ounce of effort to each asana - and thus need a brief pause after?
Are you able to pace yourself such that you want a full hour of continuous exertion?
How do you feel about attempting new poses - is that a challenge for you?
Can you reclaim a body & mind stillness (i.e. resting pose) after each asana?
Based on how you answer those questions can steer you towards which is more challenging for you. But "challenging" doesn't necessarily mean better!
I will conclude that trying each class is the BEST way to make YOUR decision.

HOT 26 & 2 (75 MINS)
A fixed routine of 2 Breathing exercises + 26 poses (most done twice) to gain strength, balance, and improve circulation. Room is heated to +100 F to aid in flexibility and decrease straining tight muscles. A wonderful routine for aiding those on a weight-loss journey!
HOT YIN (60 MINS)
Yin is the softer side of Asana (pose-oriented) Yoga. Movements are "gentler" and a deeper, more aware. This allows for a greater concentration of breathe to be emphasized. By holding the posture + breathing into the stretch, the practitioner can release the facsia-tissue and get the major joints to relax. The entire class is done while sitting on the mat.
HOT MAT PILATES (60 MINS)
A high intensity, pumped up class with low impact using Pilates principles. It is fun, challenging and provides FAST RESULTS! Performed on a yoga mat with energetic music, this class strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
HOT POWER / HOT VINYASA (60 MINS)
A continuous flow of poses that connect the mind, body, and spirit by linking movement to breath. The class is /high energy w/ alternatives for beginners.
